Building a Website

My aunt owns a business making wedding items and we're going to rebuild her website to make it more up to date, problem is we're not sure where to start.

That's the website as it is now, as you can see it needs work. We need a program or something that's easy to understand, help is needed. Thanks

Well, there's always things like dreamweaver http://tryit.adobe.com/us/cs4/dreamweaver/p/?sdid=ETROT
but if you don't already own it or a similar program, there's a bunch of places online for free templates. Just google for em.
for example: http://www.freewebsitetemplates.com/ and http://freesitetemplates.com/

but if you don't like stencils, there's also some nice places for html and css references such as http://w3schools.com/ and http://www.webmonkey.com/
