I want to get one, but I doubt itll be for a few months. And I am NOT planning on getting rid of my Lite. Mainly because of the things that the DSi DOESENT have. lol. I'll either buy a Lite with my Graduation moneys (graduating this year), or I'll ask for one for my birthday.

I still have the original DS and have no intention of "upgrading" any time soon. Unless they put out some sweet limited edition Zelda DSi that I can ACTUALLY FIND IN STORES.  |

I'll be getting it. Don't have much of a choice really. My DS Lite is practically broken at this point. But, I don't mind upgrading. Some of the features seem neat and I'm hoping that DSiWare will take off. I kind of wish it was coming in white though. That blue color seems like a really odd choice. If I remember correctly, Nintendo always talked about keeping it simple with white in the past. |

I just sent my DS in for repair on Tuesday.  I'll likely be getting a DSi but I will probably ask for it for my birthday or Christmas. Maybe by then I can get it in black. |

Well considering I have no DS right now I'm really on the fence about getting a DSi or a Lite. As fancy and nice as the DSi is however, after some thinking, I think I'll wait. I couldn't care less about the crappy cameras, and honestly a lack of a GBA slot is really killer for me, as I still have some great GBA games to work on and use the transfer option in the pokémon games.
Maybe if there's better a hardware update or the store adds some really cool stuff I'll get one eventually.

I can't believe they are doing that. Guitar Hero on Tour is one of our biggest sellers in the UK for the DS and wont be playable on the DSi? WRONG.  Also, Pokemon? The biggest nintendo seller ever? No longer able to use the Ruby/Saph/Emerald transfer dooberry? Ugh. I can use my Mobile phone to store music, add effects to music ect. I wont be getting a DSi soon, if at all. |

Well, on one hand Nintendo was bound to stop GBA support. I can't tell you the last new GBA game that was released, and if I remembering the good ole' NOA's from Nsider correctly, DS cards are actually cheaper to make. As far as Pokémon goes, it'll be all the more reason for them to make and sale two or three more games.
That doesn't mean us gaming nerds have to like it though. Heck I still look for deals on good GBA games.

I traded in my DS Lite for store credit and put it on the DSi. I preordered black, but I may switch to blue just because everyone seems to be getting black. I like to be different.  |

Hmm...
I wouldn't mind getting one. I'd be glad to let my DS start taking a rest, plus some of the new features are very interesting.
It'll be interesting to see how, if at all, the system will work with the Wii, and any other future Nintendo console.

I still dunno if i want it or not. I've been debating in my head back and forth and its not getting me anywhereeee I still have the phat so I wouldn't mind an upgrade, but i don't see whats so great about the DSi thats not in the DSL other than pointless minimal sound and picture manipulations that i wouldn't use  |
