A friend and I noticed that if one person buys any DLC off of the PSN, you can buy it on someone else's console and it doesn't complain about the licensing. So unlike the Xbox 360 Marketplace, the PS3's marketplace allows for friends to share purchased game addons and games themselves (Except games like Syphon Filter Combat, Beats, and Warhawk <The warhawk addon packs are fine>, since those have specific licenses).
