What version of Ubuntu are you using? I can't give you exact directions without that, but I can attempt to point you in the right direction.

Ndiswrapper is basically a module Linux uses that allows Ubuntu to use Windows drivers for wireless cards. ndiswrapper is installed automatically by Ubuntu, but the ndiswrapper-utils is not, hence why you're seeing "Error: No ndiswrapper utils found." So, you'll need to install the ndiswrapper-utils package yourself. Once you install that, then the command you're using should work.
